RULES & REGULATIONS
FOR THE USE OF THE RUTLAND TOWN COMMONS
Groups and organizations wishing to use the Town Common or Church Common for flea market purposes, etc., are requested to make application to the Superintendent of the Rutland Department of Public Works at least two (2) weeks in advance of the proposed event.
Such groups and organizations must police the grounds during the course of and immediatley following the conclusion of the event. All litter and trash is to be disposed of properly by the permit holder at their own expense.
