Mission Statement
The Town of Rutland recognizes the compelling need to provide a quality comprehensive program of active and passive leisure time activities for the benefit of all its citizens. The town also recognizes a need to insure that its program and development goals are consistent with the needs and desires of the public it seeks to serve. To that end, a committee is established to provide vital public input into the administration process.
